Prepare construction drawings per applicable codes and industry standards. Coordination with consultants and client. Meet with clients and sub-consultants as per project needs. Visit project sites, before and during construction. Prepare sketches and/or other rendering with the latest software knowledge for presentation purposes. Assist Project Manager preparing construction documents and responding to plan check comments. Prepare graphics/presentations for marketing, proposals, and display. 30% travel/relocation required to various unanticipated locations with open ended projects throughout the United States. Education: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related.
Experience: Must have 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Architect or related.
